I just got an email that told me I suck at parking. And while that may or may not be true, I do appreciate the straightforward manner in which Happy Volcano announced their new game – You Suck at Parking.

You Suck at Parking is a “frantic and silly” physics-based racing game where you need to park your car without exploding. It may sound simple enough (I do it every day), but in reality, it’s a little more complicated.

You’ll have to avoid mines, other vehicles, and random debris that stand between you and the parking spot. You’ll drive, drift, jump, and teleport your way across a plethora of varied and surprising levels. But eventually, you’ll have to stop. As the developer puts it: You Suck at Parking is the “only racing game where the goal is to stop.”

Once you’ve mastered all the levels in the single-player campaign, you can start the real challenge – the community-generated levels. You Suck at Parking features a built-in level editor that lets you create your own tracks for some real “parking shenanigans.”

The game’s wobbly physics should always result in fun mayhem, so once you fine-tuned your custom level, you can share it with the world and see how it deals with the challenge.

Oh, and the email I got also came with a quote from Happy Volcano’s managing director Jeroen Janssen. It says “Vroom vroom” and “beebeep.” Brave words, indeed.

You Suck at Parking is coming to PC via Steam in 2021. If you want to try it beforehand, you can sign up to be an alpha tester.
