Capcom is releasing a Resident Evil 2 demo tomorrow, January 11. The “1-Shot Demo” will give players the opportunity to experience the survival horror remake for 30 minutes.

The demo casts you as rookie police officer Leon S. Kennedy as he arrives at the Raccoon City police station. Sorry Claire fans, but she doesn’t appear to be playable in the demo. In the police station, Leon must survive zombie attacks, solve puzzles and find his way out safe and sound, and he only has half an hour to do so.

During their 30 minute run, players will have to complete a set of objectives. Finish them all in time, and you’ll be treated to a brand new exclusive trailer. You can watch the trailer as many times as you want, even after you reach the 30-minute time limit.

Don’t worry if you succumb to the zombie threat before your time is up. Players will be able to continue playing any number of time until their 30 minutes are up, so don’t give up.

The Resident Evil 2 1-Shot Demo will be available to download for a limited time, from January 11 to January 31. You can find it for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC via Steam.

The full Resident Evil 2 Remake launches January 25 on the same platforms.
