Are you ready to witness 1 minute and 20 seconds of Darksiders 3 gameplay? Hope you can handle it because that is what we have for you in the following video.
Yep, it’s Darksiders alright.
The awesomely-dressed woman who’s whipping everything to pieces is none other than Fury, War’s and Death’s sister and a badass Horsewoman of the Apocalypse.
While this gameplay footage isn’t really all that exciting, it does give you a glimpse into the game’s gameplay loop. Combat, traversal and more combat. I’m guessing there might be environmental puzzles thrown in here and there, but combat and traversal are where it’s at.
This isn’t the first time we see Fury in action. We previously saw her putting the hurt on Sloth, one of the Seven Deadly Sins. The game revolves around her hunting down the seven demons, but we don’t get to see a new one is this video.
Although we don’t see any new boss fights in this video, it’s still a very good indication of how the final game will play like. If you’re a fan of the Darksiders series, it appears you are in for a fairly familiar experience with Darksiders 3.
The game is set to release in 2018, for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. We’ll see more gameplay footage in the future, as we near the final release date (whenever that is).
