Portal is ten years old. Let that sink in for a moment. Are you done feeling old? Great, because there’s a new Portal game coming to PC and mobile – Bridge Constructor Portal.
It’s not another one of Valve’s ultra-clever and funny puzzles platformers. Instead, it’s a different kind of puzzle game. “Bridge Constructor Portal will blend the laws of structural engineering and technology straight from Aperture Laboratories,” reads the game’s official description.
Yes, it’s another game in the Bridge Constructor series, set in the world of Portal (with complete support from Valve). It will feature everything we love about Portal, including portals, turrets and the ever-charming GLaDOS. Hopefully with less deadly neurotoxins.
The new game will introduce new vehicle-based test chambers for you to mess around in. Solve physics-based puzzles by thinking with portals; and bridges.
Bridge Constructor Portal will be out on PC and mobile devices on December 20, 2017. A console version will follow in early 2018.
