Ni no Kuni 2 was announced a year ago with the intention of coming out this year.
Unfortunately, President of LEVEL-5 Inc. Akihiro Hino announced a delayed release for the title over on Twitter. Hino explains that the game has been delayed to January 19, 2018.
He also talks about the “Multiplayer” features we will have in the game. It seems like there won’t be multiplayer at all, at least not the type where you play online with your friends.
However, there will be some type of an online feature that will include special events.

No worries, though. This is just a two months delay from the original release, so the wait will not be that much longer.
Ni no Kuni 2: The Revenant Kingdom will be released on January 19, 2018.
