Destiny 2 is coming out September 6 for Xbox One and PS4, and October 24 for PC.
While there’s still time until then, the Destiny 2 beta is due really soon. If you pre-order the game, you can start playing the beta on July 18 on PlayStation 4, or July 19 on Xbox One.
Didn’t pre-order the game? Don’t you worry, you should still be able to join in and play the beta on July 21 until July 23.
If you pre-ordered the game for the PC, you will have to wait for the PC beta. It should take place sometime in late August.
What time this all happens? Here are all the dates and times:
Destiny 2 beta – PS4
- Pre-order early access: 10:00am PT July 18
- General access: 10:00am PT July 21
Destiny 2 beta – Xbox One
- Pre-order early access: 10:00am PT July 19
- General access: 10:00am PT July 21
Destiny 2 beta – PC
- Pre-order early access: “late August” [TBC]
- General access: “late August” [TBC]
The pre-load itself will go live at 10AM PDT / 1PM EDT / 6PM BST but only to players with the pre-order early access code. So if you did, make sure to check your email frequently.
If you are wondering what we will be able to do in this beta, you can expect to find the Homecoming opening mission, two Crucible modes: Countdown and Control, the “Inverted Spire” Strike, and a look at the new social space called The Farm
