NetherRealm Studios has officially revealed The Joker as a playable character in Injustice 2.
After the character leaked a couple of days ago, we know have a proper video of the Clown Prince of Crime busting heads and slashing faces, all while wearing no shirt, a purple trench coat and a big, big smile.
If you remember, The Joker was killed in the first Injustice game, when Superman punch a hole through his chest. According to the official gameplay video’s description, he is indeed good and dead, but continues to “haunt the lives of all those touched by his madness.” I think this means that this new Joker is someone new, inspired by his predecessor to carve a big “Ha” on his chest and strap people to an electric chair filled with explosives.

Injustice 2 is scheduled for release on May 16, for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
