Psyonix has announced that Rocket League Season 4, a new and improved season of ranked competitive multiplayer is on the horizon. Specifically, we are talking about early April.
The new competitive season will come with a big game update tied to it, so the season’s exact date depends on when this update will be ready for release. However, when the season will finally start, it will adhere to a more “regular Competitive Season schedule”.
Psyonix did reveal one change Season 4 will bring, and that’s the restructuring on the competitive tiers and titles. You can see the new tiers in the images below. The number of ranked levels will be upped to 19 for the fourth season. According to Psyonix, this was done to make sure competitors felt motivated and don’t find it too hard to get the next rank.
More information about Rocket League Season 4 will be revealed closer to April.
