During The Game Awards 2016, Hideo Kojima went on stage to receive his long-awaited award and also to show a new trailer for Death Stranding. In this trailer, we see the film director Guillermo del Toro carrying what looks like a small incubator while running from a militia force directed by Mads Mikkelsen.
After the surprise new teaser, Kojima took to Twitter to mention that there are various hidden clues scattered in the video, and he encouraged fans to watch the trailer repeatedly to find all the hidden hints and misleads. Death stranding was announced at E3 2016, during the Sony press conference. It was confirmed as a PlayStation 4 exclusive, but there’s a chance it will also arrive on PC.
