A new Pokemon Sun and Moon trailer is live, just four days before the release of the game itself. In what is presumably the final trailer before launch, we meet our three new starters, each packing their own stupidly powerful Z-Move unique to them.

First up is Decidueye’s Z-Move, Sinister Arrow Raid, which shows the owl launching a barrage of arrows – and itself – at the opponent. Incineroar’s Z-Move is Malicious Moonsault, which is, of course, a brutal wrestling move that simply crushes the foe with pure power. Meanwhile, Primarina has Oceanic Operetta, which is a large sphere of water being launched to hover slowly above the opponent. As soon as Primarina issues the final note, the orb explodes, and no Fire-type can withstand the damage.

It wasn’t just Z-Moves that were revealed, either. More of the mysterious and interesting Ultra Beasts were shown to us. We see UB-03 Lightning, and UB-05 Glutton. Lightning has, as expected, lightning powers, but we don’t find out much else about it. However, more detail is given about Glutton. “This beast has an astounding appetite, and it will completely devour anything in front of its eyes. It’s said that it devours not only objects, but the ground, rivers, and even the seas!” Glutton sounds pretty powerful.

Next up are the Alola forms of Diglett and Dugtrio, already quite infamous for the lacklustre addition of “hair”, as spotted in the demo. Alola Diglett and Dugtrio get Ground/Steel as their typing, and their ability Tangled Hair seems to lower the speed of opponents whenever they get hit by a physical move. An interesting strategy, and it may have some applications in competitive play.

Finally, we see the in-game gifts already promised in previous videos and leaks: Magearna, the Z-Move Snorlax and Ash-Greninja from the demo, reminding us all how little time there is until release. Excited? I know I am.

Pokemon Sun and Moon is out November 18 only on the 3DS.
