Below, the roguelike RPG adventure by Capybara Games, will not meet its summer of 2016 release date. Instead, the game has been delayed to… later. We didn’t really get a new release date.

“We knew we wanted to get it into your hands as soon as possible. We knew the game was there, and we’re super proud of it, but we also knew it needed more time to make sure it lives up to our studio’s standards, and the quality that you expect from our games,” Capybara said in an official statement.

“Instead of giving you a new, loose release window,” they continued. “The next time you see a major Below update, that means our game has a firm release date, which we’ll share.”

The developers go on to apologize for the unexpected delay, and thank all the fans for their “continued support”. Whenever Below will be released, it will do so on PC and Xbox One.
