2K Games and Hangar 13 have released a new Inside Look video for Mafia 3 titled “Mafia III Inside Look – Cassandra”. The video explores the mysterious and ruthless Cassandra, one of Lincoln Clay’s three underbosses who join forces with him to dismantle Sal Marnano’s criminal empire.
As the Mafia 3 writers delve into Cassandra’s reasons for joining forces with Lincoln Clay, we discover that she is after revenge against one Sammy Robinson who controls Delray Hollow. The Hollow is eventually handed over to the Dixie Mafia.
Cassandra’s goals, coinciding nicely with Lincoln’s at this point, lead them to work together during the game in order to overthrow this Dixie Mafia, led by Richie Doucet. The writers also explain that neither Cassandra nor Lincoln trust each other fully, and it seems that this will become more dangerous as the stakes are raised.
Overall, the video is an interesting look at one of the core characters in Mafia 3, which will be out on 7 October for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
