Here’s a new batch screenshots from Dishonored 2. While they don’t show any action, they do highlight the game’s beautiful art style and the indoor and outdoor environments we’ll explore. Two of the screens show a few faces, some of which I think I recognize.
In the final screenshot we see a familiar old man painting a portrait of a familiar woman. I believe the man is non other than Anton Sokolov, the Royal Physician and an talented painter from the first game.
The woman in the portrait looks to be the same woman as in the first screenshot. I’ll admit it took me a while to place her, but now I believe she is Delilah Copperspoon, the leader of the Brigmore Witches from The Knife of Dunwall and The Brigmore Witches DLC. If you played the DLC, you know that paintings play an important part in Copperspoon’s fate, so perhaps there’s a connection here.
We’ll know if I’m right when Dishonored 2 comes on PC, PS4 and Xbox One, on November 11.
