Inching closer to the October release date, Sony has unveiled a very helpful new design for the upcoming titles that are released for the PlayStation VR.

Aimed as a way to help gamers make the right decision when purchasing a game, each game that is compatible with the headset will feature a special label to show what is required in order to play the game. Located just under the PS4 top logo, any compatible game will feature a PSVR logo followed by either “Required” or “Compatible”. Indicating whether or not a game can be used with out the headset.

Additionally, in the lower right hand corner, is a picture that shows what physical hard ware will be necessary. While some PSVR titles will be perfectly designed for the full experience and require the Move controllers, others can be used with the classic Dualshock 4 controller and only need the headset and PlayStation Camera.

The box art doesn’t make any real changes to the typical design found on PS4 games, but it is a welcome addition designed to help people get the most out of their gaming experience. The PlayStation VR experience will be available this October for the PS4.
