A few days ago we reported a rumor claiming Blood and Wine, the final expansion to The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, will be released on May 30. Apparently we weren’t all that off the mark.

The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine’s official release date has been announced by CD Projekt RED today. The expansion will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on May 31.

Blood and Wine will contain more than 90 new quests in a brand new location as big as Velen. There will also be new features like a dynamic Point of Interest system, new endgame mutation mechanics new gear. Everything will come together to more than 30 hours of gameplay, which is more than most full-size games on the market.

A limited edition of the expansion will be available with the Northern Realms and Nilfgaard Gwent decks. It too will be available on May 31 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
