Respawn Entertainment has dropped a gigantic teaser trailer for their upcoming sequel – Titanfall 2.
Originally an Xbox One exclusive, the first Titanfall was an online only, first-person shooter that featured regular soldiers who were aided by jet packs and giant robots. Teasing a worldwide reveal event on June 12, this sequel to the Mech-armored FPS will also be making its debut on the PlayStation 4.
The developers have already confirmed a full length single-player campaign, what stole the show however, was that huge sword. In the original title, gameplay consisted of guns, grenades and the occasional boot to the face. It now appears that the sequel will be bringing different types of melee weapons into the fray, or at the very least that sword.
Titanfall 2 is currently in-development from Respawn Entertainment, and will hopefully be out later this year on the PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
