Naughty Dog has announced that after more than a few delays, Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End has finally gone gold and will stick to it’s current release date.

Revealed through the developer’s official Twitter account, other members of the team also began to chime in with congratulatory praise over the completed game. Creative Director and Writer, Neil Druckmann gave a hopeful goodbye to Nathan Darke, as he wrote: “Every journey must come to an end.”

As the delays became more frequent, many tears were shed by eager fans of the series. In response, Game Director Bruce Starley also took to Twitter to assure fans that they will hopefully enjoy what he believes is the “most visually stunning game ever created.”

Uncharted 4: A thief’s End will be available May 10, exclusively on the PlayStation 4.
