The release date of Final Fantasy XV was reportedly going to be announced later this month, at an event on March 30. However, a recent source who claims to have further knowledge has revealed that the game will be being released on September 30 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The source was backed up by several other sources and it seems to be reputable.
The Uncovered event, taking place in Los Angeles on March 30, is going to officially prove this rumor right or wrong. Final Fantasy XV has been a long time in development, but there were rumors of a summer 2016 release the previous year. September 30 is kinda in that ballpark, which makes this rumor all the more likely.
However, we can’t assume anything just yet. On March 30, we’ll know for sure just when Final Fantasy XV will be available for Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
