Always upping the ante in terms of crazy and awesome, developer Avalanche Studios have revealed its plans for the Just Cause 3: Air, Land and Sea Expansion Pass. The first part of that series, “Air”, is being spotlighted in the Sky Fortress expansion.

“If Just Cause 3 is over-the-top action then the Air, Land and Sea Expansion pass aims to stand on its shoulders and reach even higher,” is how Senior Producer Tobias Andersson described the experience. Containing a wealth of new missions, evil robotic drones and a gigantic flying fortress in the sky, Andersson’s description seems pretty accurate.

The main character Rico will obviously be getting all kinds of new weapons and upgrades, but the coolest new feature is the expansion’s Bavarium Wingsuit. Rocket powered and featuring shoulder mounted sub-machine guns, gamers are sure to enjoy killing hundreds of enemies from the sky as they fly off into the sunset.

Ending the official announcement is a tease for the follow-up “Land” expansion, titled Land Mech Assault. The expansion will feature another weaponized vehicle that can be carried into the main game, as well as a Half Life-esque Gravity Gun that can be used to violently toss things around.

The Just Cause 3 Sky Fortress expansion will be available in March 2016 for $11.99, while the Air, Land and Sea complete expansion can be purchased for $24.99, and will be available in its entirety in the summer of 2016 on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
