ReCore was originally announced at E3 2015 as an Xbox One exclusive. However, the game was sort of confirmed to also be coming Windows 10 PC.
In an Xbox Wire post about how great the holiday season has been for Microsoft, ReCore appears on a list of Xbox One exclusives coming in 2016, way down at the bottom of the post. The kin observer will immediately notice it is listed as both an Xbox One and a Window 10 title.

A Microsoft spokesperson has since confirmed that ReCore will be released for Windows 10 PC alongside the Xbox One version, although whether it will be compatible with previous versions of windows was not clarified.
The representative also added that ReCore currently has no official launch date, however it shall be “ready in the latter half of 2016”.
