Konami’s Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 is one of the highest rated soccer titles on the market, and coming this December is a free-to-play digital version of the game. The entry level edition will feature a watered down version of the title, which includes 7 of the best teams in the world, a full exhibition mode, and training mode.

This “vanilla” version offers enough to constitute a basic soccer game, allowing players to hone their skills with the best of the best, and showing them off in intense matches. Online play is still included with the free-to-play copy, however it is limited to the 7 basic teams.

All future downloadable content will be compatible with this version of the game, and players can upgrade to the full version at any time. the free-to-play version of PES 2016 will be available December 8, on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
