Concept art from the cancelled PlayStation 3 title, Eight Days, has officially emerged thanks to a post on Facebook by the game’s artist. Benoit Godde put an immense amount of detail into the architecture of this former AAA title. The art itself suggests that part of the game’s appeal would have been to showcase just how powerful the PS3 console was back in its infancy in 2006.
The game’s story was also intended to compliment this fact, as the story would have taken place across eight states, and over the course of eight days. Seen through the eyes of either a good or bad character, the game would have featured two separate story lines that both lead towards taking down a notorious mob boss.
Eight Days is very much cancelled, and the time to revive it has passed, but for more information on what could have been, you can check out an official breakdown on the Eight Days Wikipedia page.
