Hot on the trail of a spring 2016 release date, the official Japanese website for Star Fox: Zero has opened its digital doors to show brand new gameplay. Detailing some of the new vehicles available in the upcoming game, the trailers also show off the innovations introduced to the Tank and Arwing gameplay modes.
The action is fast and heavy this time around as the modern processor inside the Wii U can handle even more on-screen chaos and adds a second screen functionality to the mix with the proprietary gamepad. The Wii U is one of the most versatile consoles available on the home market, and continuing in classic Nintendo fashion, opens up new ways to play not only classic stories, but create all new adventures as well.
Here’s hoping that Slippy Toad won’t need too much rescuing in his new Drone when Star Fox Zero is released on April 21, for the Nintendo Wii U.
