Electronic Arts and Sony have banded together to release the new gameplay launch trailer for the upcoming shooter – Star Wars Battlefront. The trailer utilizes some clever editing to transition between the action on the featured planets of Hoth, Endor, Tatooine, and the volcanic planet Sullust.
Having already been announced, viewers can now experience for the first time what it feels like to witness Princess Leia, Han Solo, The Emperor and even Boba Fett enter the battle.
In addition to the chaotic struggle between the Empire and the Rebellion, the trailer also shows off the power behind the heroes on both sides, and even their place in the fight. The greatest moments in the trailer detail the epic scale of the battle by showing AT-AT Walkers in some of the various assault modes, the Millennium Falcon taking to the skies and more.
The trailer also features a few of the various aliens that players can hopefully choose from in their character selection menus. Some of them include a blue-tentacled Twi’leks and a rebel Duros. Sharp-eyed fans can spot even more, if they’re quick.
Star Wars Battlefront, developed by DICE, is the latest in the series that places you in the midst of the most epic battles in a galaxy far, far away. Eager fans can now enter the fray once again when Star Wars Battlefront is released on November 17, for the PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
