Microsoft’s October Games with Gold are coming soon, which means getting prepared for the scares.
Microsoft has officially announced the three new games that will be coming to the Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles just in time for Halloween. Although lighter than previous months, players will be able to experience The Walking Dead, Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and Valiant Hearts – The Great War only in the month of October.
Valiant Hearts – The Great War, will be available on the Xbox One from October 1st through the 31st, this game brings a gritty realism to the horrors of war as your character is drafted into the mysterious World War 1 conflict and is fighting for his life against war machines the likes of which no one has ever seen.
Ground Zeroes, on the other hand, freeing prisoners in a Guantanamo bay-like encampment. Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes will be available between October 1st and 15th for the Xbox 360.
Lastly, but most important to the Halloween season is The Walking Dead: The Complete First Season, which will be available for both the Xbox One and 360. Developers Telltale Games have crafted an incredible rendition of the classic comic book series into a darkly themed adventure with Telltale’s iconic gameplay.
The Walking dead is the biggest and most anticipated for the beginning of Autumn, and Xbox 360 owners can access the game from October 16th until the 31st, where as Xbox One owners will be able to download the game all the way unto November 15th.
