Why you ponder this existential question, you can watch the new SOMA story trailer, that deals with basically the same issue. Only it is far more disturbing than anything you can imagine.
With creepy, dilapidated environments and scary robots that believe they are all human, SOMA is bound to be yet another staple in the horror genre. Also, something is very wrong with the protagonist.
The game is out next week, on September 22, for the PlayStation 4 and PC.
