When the Assassin’s Creed series reached Victorian era, it was only a matter of time before it tried to tackle history’s most notorious serial killer – Jack the Ripper.
Set in Whitechapel, London in the year 1888, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate’s first piece of DLC puts players in the shiny shoes of Inspector Frederick Abberline of Scotland Yard, who is hot on the trail of Jack the Ripper. This standalone campaign takes place 20 years after the events of Syndicate, and it is still unclear if it will tie into the main game in anyway. Now all we need to find out is whether Jack was a Templar or an Assassin.
Ubisoft has also announced that the Jack the Ripper campaign is only the first piece of content available through the game’s Season Pass. Here is all the other content available as part of the pass:

Season Pass holders will also receive an exclusive permanent XP boost in all missions. Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is out on PS4 and Xbox One on October 23. The PC version will follow on November 19.
