Since it’s inception, the Just Cause series has generated a lot of interest for it’s insanely chaotic set pieces as well as the scale of what you can accomplish with the tools at hand. This time around, the developers at Avalanche Studios have decided to outfit the hero, Rico, with a Batman-esque utility belt, complete with his own flight suit and grappling hook.
This time players get a small play through of the beginning of the game, except that it plays out like the more interesting goosebumps stories, where much like in the game, your chaotic adventure is what you choose to make of it.
The series of videos are more fun than you’d anticipate and even offers a glimpse into the 400 square mile island nation of Medici. The open world nation is being run b a brutal dictator, and it’s up to Rico to loosen his grip on the island and free the people from his tyranny.
Just Cause 3 is being developed by Avalanche Studios and Square Enix for a holiday 2015 release on the PC, PS4 and Xbox One consoles.
