Batman: Arkham Knight is getting a whole new set of skins for the Dark Knight, his friends and even the Bat-mobile!
The newest content for Rocksteady’s Arkham Knight feature a nostalgic vibe from numerous comic universes. The two content packs, can be purchased separately or through a season pass which currently features other skins as well.
The pack surest to please fans is the 1989 film Batmobile pack, which features the Bat-suit from the hit Tim Burton film. This Batman was truly one of a kind, so much so, that the designers felt the need to include a new Batmobile modeled after the one featured in the same film.
The second bundle is called the Bat-family skin pack which features Catwoman’s suit from the 90’s, Robin, from his appearance in the “One year later” story line, an Nightwing’ costume from Arkham City.
Batman packs the most powerful punch in this pack as he comes equipped with three new skins. They include the outfit from the 1970’s comics, his classic black and grey look, and the best one of all, the Bat-suit from the prequel entry in the Arkham series, Batman: Arkham Origins.
No specific date has been announced, however both of these content packs are set to be released in August, just after the Batgirl DLC. The content will be available for the PS4 and Xbox One consoles with no word yet on any planned release for the PC.
