Frictional Games has been working on SOMA since 2010 and as E3 is right around the corner, the latest of teaser trailer has been released. Check the gloomy ordeal below.

As we’re given a small monologue about dying, we get to tour a of an underwater research facility. As research facilities go, it’s pretty dark and damp, though the dampness could be due to the fact that it’s underwater. That leaves the darkness and almost complete lack of life unaccounted for, although the narrator does mention a crash.

While the protagonist is exploring, we see a myriad of locations aboard the station, as well as some exterior ones, complete with creepy robots with very menacing aggressive tendencies. It makes my inner-explorer tingle with excitement.

Put on your diving helmets and grip your wrench as SOMA launches September 22 for PC and PS4.
