Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn developer Square Enix has released two gameplay trailers and the full theme song for Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward. You can start playing the theme song in the background while you read on about the new expansion.

Composed by long time Final Fantasy music composer, Nobuo Uematsu, “Dragonsong” features vocals from Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn’s theme vocalist, Susan Calloway. The gameplay trailers, which you’ll find below. feature a look into the new job actions and the new dungeons players will get to explore in Final Fantasy: Heavensward.

Heavensward will introduce a new story, the Dragonsong War, a visceral thousand-year conflict occurring between the knights of Ishgard and the dragons of Dravania.

An increased level cap from 50 to 60, new dungeons and raids, new mounts that allow adventurers to fly. like flying black chocobos, single-rider airships, dragons and more, a new playable race and new primal battles will all be present in the expansion. In order to access these new features and story, players are required to have completed the main storyline of A Realm Reborn.

Final Fantasy: Heavensward will be available starting June 23, while early access starts June 19. The expansion will be available for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and soon after launch, Mac systems.
