Good news for all you wannabe cops, robbers and Battlefield fans. Visceral Games and EA will host a Battlefield Hardline open multiplayer beta next week, from February 3 to February 8.
In the beta, players will have access to three different game modes on three different maps. You have Conquest mode, with battles for up to 64 players (on Xbox One and PlayStation 4), available on Dust Bowl map; Hotwire, the new driving-based mode playable on both Dust Bowl and Downtown; and finally Heist on the Bank Job map, where a group of robbers tries to break into a bank vault while a squad of cops attempts to stop them.
In addition to these three modes, the beta introduces players to Hack mode. This new gameplay feature allows one player from each team to hack into security cameras to spot enemies to scout areas from their team to defend or attack. Hack mode will be available across all three game modes.
Battlefield Hardline open multiplayer beta will be available on all platforms: PC, PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360 starting February 3. That’s a month before the game’s release date of March 17.
