Battlefield Hardline has a second beta coming soon, and Visceral Studios’ Steve Papoutsis decided it’s time to share some news regarding what we’re going to play. Unfortunately, there’s still no “when”.
Writing in a special letter to the community, Papoutsis confirms the beta will launch on all platform simultaneously – PC, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4 and PS3. There will also be two new maps, seen in the pictures below, on which you can show off your skills with new gadgets and strategies.
The two modes you’ll get to enjoy are Hotwire – a fast-paced mode focusing on all-out warfare with fast vehicles – and Conquest with 64 player in cop vs. criminal action.
Papoutsis also reveals that there will be no level cap for the beta, so the more you play – the more you unlock. Most likely the progress you make won’t follow you into the full game, so take the time to test different classes and loadouts.
Battlefield Hardline will be released on PC, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4 and PS3 on March 17 in North America and March 19 in Europe. Expect the beta to arrive before hand.
