BioWare is trying to make sure we won’t forget about Mass Effect 4 (as if we possibly could) by releasing a batch of never-before-seen concept art from the game. We can see parts of The Citadel and even a new Mako vehicle on the surface of a very alien-looking planet.
Mass Effect 4 will have nothing to do with Commander Shepard and his (or hers) adventures. Instead, Bioware chose to introduce new characters to meet, new enemies to defeat and new worlds to explore.
