Michel Ancel, the creator of games such as Rayman and Beyond Good and Evil, has recently joined an indie studio called Wild Sheep Studios. The studio’s first game was just announced, and it is a PlayStation 4-exclusive, online survival adventure title called WiLD.
In WiLD, players will be able to play as any creature they want in a dynamic open-world “dedicated to the wilderness.” This world is set 10,000 years ago when “nature and humanity were one.”
“We wanted to make a very specific type of game,” Ancel explained. “Our concept is based on experiencing new situations each time you play.”
