Campo Santo, the indie studio formed by former Telltale Games and Klei Entertainment talent, has announced its first game – Firewatch.

Firewatch is an exploration game set in the Wyoming wilderness. You play as a man named Henry, a man who decides to quit his messy lifestyle and pull away from society. Henry now works as a fire lookout in the deep forests of Wyoming, and his only connection to the civilized world is his supervisor Delilah who he can reach via a small handheld radio.

When something strange draws him out of the lookout tower, Henry starts to explore a wild and unknown environment, facing questions and making interpersonal choices that can “build or destroy the only meaningful relationship” he has.

Check out the game’s official website to find out a bit more. Firewatch is currently scheduled to release in 2015 on the PC and maybe consoles as well.
