The Elder Scrolls Online won’t require PS4 gamers to have a PS Plus membership in order to play.
“A PlayStation Plus membership is not required to play The Elder Scrolls Online,” ZeniMax Online Studios Game Director Matt Firor wrote on the PlayStation Blog.
“PS4 players will only be required to pay the same monthly subscription associated with The Elder Scrolls Online that PC and Mac users will pay—nothing more.”
As of now, The Elder Scrolls Online will only be available to Xbox One users who subscribe to Xbox Live Gold, despite Bethesda’s attempts to persuade Microsoft to drop the charge.
Since the MMORPG will also cost $14.99 a month to play, it only seems fair, don’t you think?
