So GTA V is already out on the Xbox 360 and PS3 for a little less than a month, and it seems every one in the world is playing it – how else could the game makeĀ $1 billion in just three days?
But if you’re a stubborn PC gamer who doesn’t own a home console, you’ll be happy to know that the open-world opus is (probably) getting a PC version in early 2014. How do we know? Well… we don’t…
However, multiple industry sources, who know about such things, have told Eurogamer exactly that – the game will be coming to the PC in Q1 of 2014. Q1 means any time between January and March.
So either the petition calling for a desktop version of GTA V worked, or Rockstar is doing the same thing is did with GTA IV. To remind you, the previous game in franchise was released in April 2008 on the Xbox 360 and PS3, only to land on the PC eight months later, on December 2008. So… May 2014?
Maybe we’ll even get a next-gen version of the game by then, who knows?
