Sony has trademarked a new video game software called “Rain”, and while it does sound like something to do with Heavy Rain, there are rumors suggesting otherwise.
Below you can see a GIF file with what some claim to be actual leaked footage of Rain. It a bit hard to understand what’s going on in this footage, but from what we can tell, there’s a red-haired woman kicking some major butt in a futuristic environment (in the rain).
With Sony’s Gamescom conference merely a week away, it is possible we’ll get to see something new, including this mysterious Rain. Stay tuned to the site around August 14 for more news on the subject.
