Square Enix is bringing its big guns to this year’s Gamescom, taking place in Germany next month, with every major game the company is working on in attendance. Headlining the line-up is the first ever live gameplay presentation Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn.

Other big games Square Enix is showing, and even letting people try out for themselves, are Tomb Raider, Hitman: Absolution, Sleeping Dogs and FFVII for the PC.

“Gamescom is the biggest European games show and it’s great to be there with such a strong and diverse lineup of interactive experiences,” said Phil Rogers, president and CEO of Square Enix Europe. “This year we have a mix of some of the industry’s most identifiable characters and a host of highly original content – it’s going to be a great show.”

There are of course more games from Square Enix and other big companies in Gamescom 2012, and the GamersPack crew will be there to bring you all the hottest news and videos, just like last time.
