Players who who were disappointed with the original ending of Mass Effect 3 will be happy to know that the Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut DLC will be arriving to the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC in June 26.
The DLC pack adds more scenes to the game’s end sequence, starting with Shepard’s final attack on the Cerberus base, and will expend on the player’s choices throughout the entire Mass Effect saga.
Below is a 10-minutes interview with producer Casey Hudson, and lead writer Mac Walters about the Extended Cut additional content. Listen to it if you require more details about the DLC, or just want a deeper insight about the development process.
Mass Effect 3 Extended Cut will be available to download for free starting June 26, though European PS3 owners will have to wait for the PS Store update on June 27.
