Inversion, Saber Interactive’s third-person gravity manipulating shooter, has being pushed back until June 05 in North America and June 08 in Europe. The game was originally set for a February release, but got delayed to March and than simply to “early 2012”.

Well, someone should tell Namco Bandai, the game’s publisher, that June isn’t that early in the year. It’s pretty much right down smack in the middle of it. According to the company, Saber just needs more time “to create an enjoyable and engaging third-person shooter experience with a comprehensive multiplayer component.”

If this new release date will hold, you can all give Inversion a spin come June, one the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
