2K Games has confirmed that Spec Ops: The Line will be released June 26 in North America, and June 29 worldwide. The latest trailer of the game, released alongside the official announcement, not only supports this claim, but also gives us some detailed information about the game’s pre-order bonus.
Those who decide to pre-order this gritty military shooter will receive the FUBAR pack for the game’s mulitplayer. What will this pack include you ask? well, first of all it will grant you twice the amount of experience points during the first week of play. It will also unlock the AK-47 and the “Officer Class” at rank one. This character class includes several team-based advantages, such as reducing damage to teammates and increasing the effectiveness of other classes. If that not enough, access to the FUBAR pack will also open up some exclusive, visually distinctive, character customisation accessories.
So once again, lets just remind you all that Spec Ops: The Line will be arriving June 26 in North America, and June 29 worldwide, on the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
