It’s true that there still aren’t one million followers on the Battlefield Facebook page (there are only just over 900,000), but none the less DICE have released yesterday the promised trailer, which includes commentary for their previously released trailer. The new trailer adds no new information about the game, but explains in a pseudo-humoristic way about part of its effects; it refers to the new graphic engine and its capability to handle explosions, dust and smoke, it also refers to DICE’s attempt at bringing the cities, in which the game takes place, to life, and offers an honourable mention to all plants that were harmed during the game.
Battlefield 3 is expected to be released in the autumn of 2011 for the PC, PS3 and XBox 360.
