Josh Olin, Treyarch’s community manager for Call of Duty: Black Ops, has tweeted a few hours ago about the studio’s intention for releasing modding tools for the PC version of the game in May. There were no specific details as to what these tools will give the users and after such a long time with no modding option for the game it’s hard to appreciate it.

This information is added to a post earlier this week stating that the game is due to receive a new map pack for all consoles.
