In February, Activision announced that they will not be publishing a new title in the Tony Hawk skateboarding series during 2011, but if we were to believe Hawk himself, the series will return with a new title in 2012.
In an interview with PixelatedGeek discloses that they (Hawk and Activision) are in the middle of planning out a new project, which will probably start development next year (2012), but he cannot go into any details at this time. This is great news for the fans of the skateboarding series, although if we were to assume, according to the sales of the title in the series, Tony Hawk: Shred, it would appear that there aren’t many of those left around.
